Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Affiliate B1 partner programme, including account registration, promotional activity, tracking, commission calculations, payments and the responsibilities of participating affiliates.

PARTNER AGREEMENT
BEFORE YOU JOIN
Your Agreement With Affiliate B1
By applying for, accessing or participating in the Affiliate B1 programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions together with any additional commercial terms, campaign conditions or account-specific arrangements communicated through your partner account or agreed in writing.
References to “Affiliate B1”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the operator of the Affiliate B1 programme as identified in the applicable onboarding, account or contractual documentation. References to “Affiliate”, “you” or “your” mean the individual or organisation participating in the programme.
If any account-specific commercial agreement conflicts with a general provision concerning commission rates, payment arrangements or campaign requirements, the individually agreed commercial terms will apply to that specific relationship to the extent of the conflict.

Up to 55%
Subject to the commercial model assigned to the partner account.
CPA
Up to €350
Qualified acquisitions must satisfy the applicable campaign criteria.
PAYMENTS
Weekly
Eligible balances may enter the programme’s weekly payout cycle.
SUB-AFFILIATE
Up to 5%
Applies only to qualifying affiliate referral activity.
Displayed programme rates are promotional headline terms and do not override individual account, campaign, market, qualification or written commercial conditions.
01 / PROGRAMME
Programme & Acceptance
The Affiliate B1 programme enables approved partners to promote websites, campaigns, products or services made available through the programme and to receive eligible commission for qualifying referred activity.
- Participation is subject to approval by Affiliate B1.
- Submitting an application does not create an automatic right to participate.
- Affiliate B1 may accept or reject an application based on traffic source, market, compliance, commercial or other programme considerations.
- Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any account-specific commercial conditions.
- The Affiliate must ensure that all information submitted during registration remains complete and accurate.
02 / ACCOUNT
Registration & Partner Accounts
An Affiliate account may be created only by a person or authorised business representative capable of entering into a binding commercial relationship.
- The Affiliate must provide accurate registration, contact, traffic and payment information.
- Affiliate B1 may request information reasonably required to review the application, verify an account or process payments.
- Account credentials are personal to the Affiliate and must be kept secure.
- The Affiliate remains responsible for activity conducted through its account.
- Multiple accounts may not be created to circumvent programme rules, restrictions, commercial conditions or enforcement measures.
- Any suspected unauthorised account access should be reported promptly through the contact route provided on the website.
03 / ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility Requirements
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of participating in affiliate marketing activities in the jurisdictions relevant to their business.
- The Affiliate must have the legal capacity and authority necessary to enter into the programme.
- Where the Affiliate acts for a company or organisation, the person registering must be authorised to represent that organisation.
- The Affiliate is responsible for obtaining any licences, permissions, disclosures or approvals required for its promotional activity.
- The Affiliate must not target jurisdictions, audiences or traffic sources where the relevant promotion is prohibited.
- Gambling-related promotional content must not be directed at minors.
04 / AFFILIATE B1
Affiliate B1 Responsibilities
Affiliate B1 will provide approved Affiliates with access to the programme resources reasonably necessary to conduct agreed promotional activity.
- Provide available tracking links, campaign information and promotional materials.
- Record eligible tracked activity through the programme’s reporting environment.
- Calculate commission in accordance with the commercial model assigned to the Affiliate account.
- Provide available account, tracking and campaign reporting.
- Process eligible payments in accordance with the payment provisions of these Terms.
- Communicate material account or campaign requirements where reasonably necessary.
05 / AFFILIATE
Affiliate Responsibilities
The Affiliate is responsible for the manner in which it markets and promotes campaigns made available through Affiliate B1.
- Use only approved or otherwise authorised tracking links, campaign information and marketing materials.
- Comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy, gambling marketing and age-related requirements.
- Clearly identify commercial or affiliate relationships where disclosure is required.
- Keep websites, domains, traffic sources and promotional methods associated with the account accurate and current.
- Provide reasonable information requested in relation to traffic quality, compliance or account verification.
- Ensure that promotional claims are accurate and do not misrepresent bonuses, products, operators or programme terms.
- Remain responsible for activities carried out by employees, contractors, media buyers, sub-publishers or other persons acting on the Affiliate’s behalf.
06 / RESTRICTIONS
Marketing Restrictions
Unless Affiliate B1 gives prior written approval, the following activities are prohibited.
Fraud & Manipulation
Fake registrations, manipulated deposits, artificial conversions, automated activity or any attempt to inflate commission.
Self-Referral
Using Affiliate tracking links for personal accounts or arranging referrals intended primarily to generate artificial commission.
Spam
Unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading communications or promotional distribution that violates applicable rules.
Brand Bidding
Bidding on protected programme or advertiser brand terms in paid search campaigns without written authorisation.
Brand Impersonation
Creating websites, domains, profiles or materials designed to mislead users into believing they are official programme or operator properties.
Underage Marketing
Marketing intended for persons under the legal gambling age or using content primarily designed to appeal to minors.
Serious or repeated violations may result in tracking restrictions, commission review, payment suspension, account suspension or termination.
07 / TRACKING
Tracking, Attribution & Commissions
Commission is calculated using eligible activity recorded through the tracking systems associated with the Affiliate account. Affiliate B1’s records will be used as the primary basis for programme calculations unless a demonstrable tracking or calculation error is identified.
Revenue Share
Revenue Share may be offered at rates of up to 55%. The actual percentage, eligible revenue definition, deductions and calculation methodology applicable to an Affiliate are determined by the account’s commercial terms.
CPA
CPA may be offered at rates of up to €350 per qualifying acquisition. A player or conversion will qualify only where the applicable campaign conditions, verification requirements, minimum activity requirements and traffic-quality standards have been satisfied.
Hybrid
Hybrid commercial arrangements may combine a fixed CPA component with ongoing Revenue Share. The exact structure will be determined by the Affiliate’s approved commercial agreement.
Sub-Affiliate
Where enabled for the account, Affiliate B1 may provide a sub-affiliate commission of up to 5% on eligible commission generated by approved referred affiliate partners.
Commission is not payable on fraudulent, duplicate, invalid, manipulated, chargeback-related, self-excluded or otherwise non-qualifying activity where such activity is excluded by the applicable campaign rules.
08 / PAYMENTS
Payments
Eligible Affiliate balances are processed according to the payment arrangements assigned to the partner account.

Standard Negative Carryover
- Eligible balances meeting the standard €100 threshold may enter the next available weekly payment cycle.
- Balances below the applicable threshold may be carried forward until the threshold is reached.
- Available payment methods may depend on the Affiliate’s country, account, currency and payment provider.
- Affiliate B1 may request reasonable verification or payment information before releasing funds.
- Payments may be reviewed or temporarily suspended where fraud, chargebacks, invalid traffic, account verification or compliance concerns require investigation.
- The Affiliate is responsible for taxes, declarations and other financial obligations applicable to commission received.
- Unless specifically agreed otherwise, standard Revenue Share balances are not subject to negative carryover between normal commission periods.
Account-specific thresholds, currencies, payment methods or commercial schedules may differ where separately agreed with the Affiliate.
09 / TRAFFIC QUALITY
Fraud, Invalid Traffic & Commission Review
Affiliate B1 may review traffic and commission where there is a reasonable indication of artificial, fraudulent, abusive, duplicate or otherwise invalid activity.
- Fraudulent or manipulated player activity may be excluded from commission calculations.
- Chargebacks, reversals, duplicate accounts and invalid acquisitions may be deducted or rejected where relevant to the commercial model.
- Affiliate B1 may request supporting information about traffic sources, campaigns or acquisition methods.
- Commission generated through prohibited activity may be withheld, reversed or offset against amounts otherwise due.
- Deliberate manipulation of tracking, attribution or player activity may result in immediate termination.
10 / TERMINATION
Suspension & Termination
Either party may end the affiliate relationship subject to the applicable account or contractual arrangements. Affiliate B1 may also suspend an account while reviewing suspected violations, invalid traffic or security concerns.
- Upon termination, the Affiliate must stop representing itself as an active Affiliate B1 partner.
- Tracking links and promotional materials should be removed or disabled where reasonably required.
- Valid commission accrued before termination may remain payable subject to these Terms and any outstanding verification.
- Commission generated through fraud, prohibited marketing or material violations may be withheld or cancelled.
- Affiliate B1 may terminate participation where the Affiliate materially breaches these Terms, applicable law or campaign requirements.
- Provisions intended to survive termination, including confidentiality, outstanding payment obligations and liability provisions, will continue to apply.
11 / RISK
Availability, Liability & Force Majeure
Programme Availability
Affiliate B1 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of websites, tracking systems, reporting tools, campaigns or third-party services. Maintenance, technical faults, provider outages, regulatory changes or events outside reasonable control may affect programme availability.
Affiliate Business Decisions
The Affiliate remains responsible for its own advertising expenditure, content, traffic acquisition, business decisions and compliance costs. Participation in the programme does not guarantee traffic volumes, conversions, revenue or profit.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where performance is prevented by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government restrictions, widespread network or infrastructure failure, labour disruption or comparable events.
12 / GENERAL
Confidentiality, Privacy & General Terms
Confidentiality
During the affiliate relationship, either party may receive non-public commercial, technical, financial, campaign or business information belonging to the other party. Confidential information must not be disclosed to third parties except where disclosure is authorised, reasonably necessary to perform the relationship or required by law.
Personal Information
Affiliate B1 may process account, contact, technical, payment and programme-related information for registration, account administration, security, reporting, payments, compliance and other legitimate programme purposes. Additional information is provided in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
Logos, brand assets, creative materials, campaign content and other intellectual property made available through the programme remain the property of their respective owners. Affiliates receive only the limited permission necessary to use approved materials for authorised promotional activity.
Changes to These Terms
Affiliate B1 may update these Terms to reflect programme, commercial, operational, technical or legal changes. The updated version will become effective when published or from another date stated with the revision. Continued participation after an applicable update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Terms
The governing law, legal entity and dispute-resolution provisions applicable to a particular Affiliate relationship are those identified in the Affiliate’s onboarding documentation, partner account, applicable programme documentation or separate written agreement.
